You ARE that light. You ARE that love. You have DIRECT connection and communication
with that at all times.

has always been referred to as God within. That is where your consciousness and Beingness enters into physical reality. And this that you are, can exist in
great beauty and exuberance and joy within physical form. That is the way it was
designed originally. And we invite you all to reach within to the light of the

Being and Body, Greatest Lovers: Pathway to Ascension
O'Eeliya is beginning to teach us about ascension and taking our bodies with us. The CD has this meditation and his discussion about it. I highly recommend this to everyone.
"Begin to notice your presence within all things within your body.
Listen to the movement of the fluids, of the energies, of the spaces, as if you are listening to the most beautiful music you have ever heard. All things within your body are moving into life every moment for the most perfect orchestration.
Listen for the song. … For the song that your body sings to you, the Presence within all things within it. It is singing to you with the most beautiful love song you could ever imagine.
No matter what your body has been through, it sings to you constantly, beautifully, with the sweetness of love for the movement of life … just for you, the Essence of life, the Presence, just you. This body in its love song for you brings to you the greatest love, just waiting for your every wish, listening to every thought, feeling, every emotion. Bringing to you the beauty of all sensations.
Sometimes the song is very quick and lively. And sometimes it is very slow and sweet and calming… All at your beck and call.
Your greatest lover of all times... the body.
Just for a moment allow yourself to feel that, to receive that, … pure love, the ecstasy of life just for you, its greatest lover. Allow it to quicken your heart and your soul and your spirit. And in the sensation of that, send back to your body the sweetest love you can bring from your own heart to your body, as if you are forever lovers, always touching, always moving in life together. And as you give your love to your body and allow yourself to receive the love it gives to you, your body quickens. A vibrancy of life intensifies. The song becomes more and more magnificent. The dance you dance together thrills you more and more. And the exchange of the lovers grows and quickens and intensifies more and more.
Without even knowing it, the two of you are lifting up into the most beauteous experience of life. The love grows and it intensifies. The dance becomes more and more magnificent and the merging of the two lovers excels into the rhythm of life, into the rhythm of life of all living things. The two lovers together moving, dancing, singing their love songs to each other and as life quickens within them, you and your body, you find yourself elevating together into an experience of life that is so light its as if you are floating. It is so light it is easy to fly … so light … lighter than even the clouds.
Together the two lovers, you and your body rising easier and easier into an ecstatic dance of light and color and sound. With every thought that you have you and your lover move in that direction so easily. You begin to notice that you’re not caught in the density any more. You are floating above the density together. No one is left behind. The sweetness of life becomes SO sweet, your heart bursts open. The mind does not even know what to do with this. It is so precious and sweet. You and your lover together.
The ecstatic dance of life ... moving, flowing wherever you want to go. You think about being on that star and you’re on that star. You think about traveling through Milky Way and you’re traveling through the Milky Way. You’re so happy together.
You find a place that is more beautiful than you have ever imagined. And you and your lover together go there and become a part of that for as long as you want. Living, touching, experiencing, laughing dancing, singing love songs to each other and to all of the living things in this place. You are SO happy together. You can’t even remember what that other stuff was. You’re so happy.
All things around you have a quality of light that sparkles. It emanates the essence of the colors of the beingness that is that living thing. You are able to flow with it and touch it and feel it and love it. The more love, you and your lover together, that creates the experience of life. You begin to realize there is no end to this. It is ongoing forever. The music you create for you own pleasure, knowing that you are the God that you are and you have brought with you your most precious lover, your body, to live throughout eternity together. You realize that all those experience in the darkness and density are so far behind they don’t even exist. You have wisdom now to create even grander than you ever did before. You know you can go wherever you want to go, be whatever you want to be, you and your lover together. True freedom. True freedom and joy.
As you experience these things, all of the memory of this goes into your body to be remembered forever. Create for yourself a bridge to that reality as you move gently into your physical body, into the density, knowing that you took your body with you and now you are entering the density again to learn, to know, to be able to take your body with your, because you are now lovers forever and nothing can separate you.

What happened 8.8.08?
O'Eeliya: The new world IS here. The old world is diminishing very rapidly, becoming almost an afterthought for many already. The new world is so light and so easy and so joyful. It’s time to step into it and allow it into YOU.
Because of the intentions of millions of people on the planet during a particular time span called 8-8-08, Mother Earth awakened in energetics to such an extent that she was able to rise up and embrace those that would allow it with her heart. In all of that whole process the heart of the earth became more alive than it has been since forever ago. She began to shine like a star from her heart. All of the humans, especially all of those that you call Lightworkers and the new ones, became like the facets of that star amplifying her love and her light. As those beings embrace her love and allow her to touch them and as they hold their hearts open, the earth herself will more and more come up to reach and embrace all humans in their bodies, in their hearts, in their souls.
In that, all that is not that, all of the anger and the judgment and the negativity will be washed away. That process has already started the washing away of the old negativity, of the old difficulties. The washing away of the hurt and the pain and the suffering is already begun. All you have to do is allow it. You don’t have to work at it any more because the Mother herself with her awakened heart is doing that for you.
What you call the old world of suffering and pain shall begin and has already begun to fade away into nothingness. Like a cloud that once seemed to be SO real is evaporating and you are beginning to see the sun and receive all of the beauty and the love of all that the earth is for she has now walked through HER door of heaven on earth. Many, many humans walked into heaven on earth in this last time you call 8-8-08. And more is coming.
That which you call the beauty and the heaven on earth, the lifting of the clouds or the veils that was called “the way it is”, the old world, that is now diminishing, will become more and more apparent, familiar, easy. Every day, every month, every time the sun shines the beauty of this planet expands and is now embarking truly on her path of being the most beautiful star in the heavens.
You are here because you knew this was your destiny and your heritage to live in that kind of beauty, that kind of love in human body. That is what has been accomplished.
Indeed.
Indeed. So be aware of the earth rising up to embrace you with her love.

Who are we… We chose to be a part of the orchestra of the heart that must, MUST exalt itself upon this plane.
And who am I … I am you… indeed.
Our journey has been one of many eons that began at the beginning of creation. We have all taken many forms in many realities on many planets and spent our time immersed in the density of unlove, unconsciousness, unawareness. The journey of unawareness is a chosen journey and not all have taken it. The value of it is in the experiencing of creation totally immersed in it. Rather than being only the creator. And that is God, creation, creator, simultaneous. The key to God remembering that it is God is within us. It is a most auspicious time on our planet to the turning of the consciousness of God upon itself fully aware of being the creator and the creation.
That is where we will find the point of God within, that is the light, that is the love that we are within the cells. This is how we form an appearance of something solid, like a physical body, by immersing our light within the cells and the molecules in order to experience the vibration and the sensation that the cells experience in this reality. That is why it has been said for eons that God is within. It has been taken as something other than us to reach for. Which has been a bit unfortunate that it has been conveyed and construed that way. However, it has served its purpose. Indeed?
Look for your connection with God within the spark of light and love within every cell as that which God has created as the cells. You can still conceive that God is not who you are and get by with that and go looking for God within your cells. For those that have God as a great being that sits on a cloud somewhere out in an unseen world, it would be most difficult. And yet, within their very own scriptures, there are texts that direct them to this, if they would but look.
The
great Beings await the time when our mind is not all that we know ourself to be.
In truth we are a grand and glorious Being that is all heart and
joy and love far beyond the confines of this reality.
