Unconscious Self-Hatred

With instructions, guided meditations,
experiential exercises and lots of practice:

v     How are we driven by judgments of ourselves that have become unconscious to us? Release many of these as described below.

v      Core Energetic Self (CEB) is able to receive, is curious, awake, aware, alive, loving, and can receive Self, perceives Self as miraculous and is a relaxed joyfulness.

v     Core Energetic Self – through life we fragment and our wholeness is gone. Pieces of us are exaggerated and diminished. Judgment where the environment says this is not OK creates the split into unconscious self-hatred.

v     Origin of self-hatred is repression, which becomes the adapted identity that allows us to survive. These pieces go into the “lost self”. As these parts get denied and repressed, rage, grief and terror go along with it because they are not allowed in the world either. Judgment of the repressed parts becomes Unconscious Self Hatred. Protections against the “wounds” are at the heart of the repressive systems.

v     Self esteem is not Un-self-hatred…. un-self-hatred are the denied, disowned, unlovely parts of us that we insist are not us (“that’s not me”).

v  Adapted self = defensive self = character adaptations = character identity = external survival traits.

v    We project onto each other the parts we do not want to own and integrate = the “not me” In order to judge someone else, we have judged ourselves and what we have done and been.

v   Unconscious self-hatred is a split in Self into “this is who I am” and “this is not who I am”.

v     Feel the transformative powers of heart energy on your concept.
